The project management team, originally the project management division at ALARGAN International Real Estate Company, is a diverse team of seasoned professionals and experts in the fields of project management & design. The team is significantly involved in major aspects of each project where their responsibility includes design, tender document arrangement, tendering and tender evaluation, contract assignment, site handing over and managing day to day construction works in terms of cost control, quality control, monitoring construction program, processing payments, variation orders, claims and re-evaluation. In addition, the project management team participates in project opportunity brainstorming sessions to assist in creating the best utilization of land and budgeting.
