ALARGAN Projects Company was established in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2007, where the Company has successfully developed alliances with prime strategic partners in major provinces of the Kingdom. ALARGAN Projects Company has a number of different projects in varying stages of development in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar and Jubail which will provide over 10,000 residential units to the Saudi Arabian market. Manazel Qurtoba is one of the integrated housing communities that the Company is developing which will accommodate over 4,500 people by providing 1,400 residential units including villas, duplexes and apartments. Another project, Al Suhool, is located in Jubail and will accommodate over 1,000 families. A large-scale mixed-use development and housing community is also under planning, covering a gross land area of 2,200,000m² and located in Al Khobar.
