ALARGAN Bahrain Company

After conducting extensive research on the needs of the Bahraini real estate market, ALARGAN partnered with a prominent high net worth investor to establish ALARGAN Bahrain in 2005. The Company’s primary aim is to develop residential properties for the middle-income market segment without jeopardizing the high standards of quality and excellence that are synonymous with the ALARGAN name. The Company’s initial project in the Kingdom, Saar Gate, fully sold out within just nine months of the project’s launch. The project was a residential development of 102 villas with a commercial component to cater to residents and the local community, where the development model of the project was specifically tailor-made for the Kingdom of Bahrain. Building on the success of Saar Gate, ALARGAN Bahrain has launched two new developments in the emerging area of Bu Quwah in the Kingdom, both encompassing residential and commercial components targeting the middle-income market segment.
