The Projects Planning Department (PPD) is responsible for a number of functions including the preparation of project development strategies, project budgets and cash flows. PPD liaises with ALARGAN Real Estate Project Management Company on projects planning and costing. PPD analyzes new project opportunities and joint ventures.
