The Projects Operations Department (POD) is responsible for all functions related to projects execution and delivery. This includes product description, detailed project budgets, following up of marketing and sales activities and preparing projects monthly progress reports. POD also analyzes and evaluates all aspects of projects progress and recommends actions to manage all challenges of projects delivery.
