The Research Department is an integral part of the Investment Division that provides in-depth market research and updates that enable ALARGAN’s executives to make strategic real estate decisions.
Being one of the few developers in the Gulf Region that focus on the middle-income housing, ALARGAN developed an expertise in this niche market and decided to be more specialized in covering the affordable and middle income housing segments.
