Awards 

The ALARGAN Group of Companies have won numerous awards in recognition of the continuous efforts invested by its management and employees that have cemented the Company’s excellent track record. 

In 2005, ALARGAN won the prestigious “Euromoney Award” for Best Housing Developer in the Sultanate of Oman.

The following year, ALARGAN received the “IREF Award" for Excellence in Real Estate in both Kuwait and the Sultanate of Oman.

In 2007, two ALARGAN projects won "CNBC Arabian Property Awards". The Best Property in Kuwait award was won by Mövenpick Hotel & Resort - Al Bida’a and Best Multi Unit Architecture award was won for the Qurm Gardens project in the Sultanate of Oman.

In 2008, ALARGAN was awarded the “Euromoney Liquid Real Estate Award” for Best Hotel/Leisure Developer in Kuwait, while placed third for “Euromoney Overall Best Developer” in the region during the same year as well. 

In 2009, ALARGAN won the “Cityscape Award" for Architecture in Emerging Markets in the Leisure Future category for The Oberoi Resort at Al Khiran in the Sultanate of Oman.

More recently, ALARGAN was awarded three times by CNBC for its latest project in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Jeyoun in 2011. The Company received “Best Architecture – Multiple Residence (Bahrain)”, “Best Development – Multiple Units (Bahrain)” and the prestigious “Best in Region award for Best Development – Multiple Units (Arabia)”.
