Our mission at ALARGAN Towell Investment Company is to become one of the prime real estate developers in the Sultanate of Oman. Through vast experience ranging from individual dwellings to larger commercial properties, ALARGAN Towell has developed a strong understanding of the local market and environment.

Since the successful completion of the Company’s first project in the Sultanate of Oman in 2006, three new projects are now under development, namely Al Hail I, Al Hail II and Qurm Gardens .

Additionally, a number of residential and mixed-use projects situated in key locations in the Sultanate of Oman are in their final stages of planning and will be announced in the near future, these include Al Barka Resort, The Oberoi Resort at Al Khairan,Oman, Al Barka Township and Salalah Residential.
