In Kuwait, ALARGAN signed an agreement with one of the premier hotel operator’s in the world, Mövenpick Hotel and Resort - Bida'a.The hotel, one of Kuwait’s foremost resorts, had its official grand opening on October 29th 2007 and is classified as a five star hotel.

Additionally, in 2007 two of the Group's projects were awarded the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007. The two awards presented were: The Best Property Award in Kuwait to ALARGAN International Real Estate Co. for the Mövenpick Hotel & Resort project in Bida’a and The Best Multi Unit Architecture Award in Oman to ALARGAN Towell for the Qurm Gardens project.
