Upcoming projects in our pipeline include three projects in the Sultanate of Oman and three in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Of the Three projects located in the Sultanate of Oman, Two are located in the capital Muscat, namely Barka Resort, Barka Township, and one, Salalah Residential, is located in the second largest city in the Sultanate (Salalah). The three projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are: Al Sohoul in Jubail, Al-Murjanah in Dammam and Qurtoba Project in Riyadh.
