In the period between 1994 and 2007, ALARGAN completed 16 residential projects at a cost of KD 52.37 Million with annual aggregate returns in excess of 16.5% IRR. Among these projects were: Abu Hassania, Slaysel, Salwa, Al Hilaliya the C Club, Mövenpick Hotel and Resort - Bida’a and Hadiya Villas.

The Mawaleh residential project in Oman has 72 villas in 3 sizes. This project yielded an IRR of 58% and won the 2005 Euromoney Award for Best Housing Developer in the Sultanate of Oman.
