The Business Development and Advisory Services Group is responsible for sourcing of opportunities, due diligence and feasibility studies as well as the identification of and negotiations with capital sources (equity and debt). The group is able to offer a full complement of advisory services ranging from land purchase transactions to asset and / or manager due diligence and financial analysis.
