Bahrain has been attracting more foreign investment in its real estate markets in recent years due to the expectation of high economic returns for investment. In light of this the Bahraini government has passed legislation that allows non-Bahraini nationals to own properties in the capital Manama and the other four provinces. The government in an effort to try and solve the growing housing shortage among the low to middle income groups of the kingdom, has introduced a number of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) schemes. Understanding and believing in the viability of the Bahraini market and in pursuit of a long-term strategy, ALARGAN has partnered with a prominent high net worth partner to incorporate the ALARGAN Bahrain Company and currently has two projects underway, namely Saar Gate and ALARGAN Vista.
